About the AI
Not necessarily — but it can. FLOOW AGENTS handles all routine calls: scheduling, FAQs, directions, hours, and basic intake. If you have a receptionist, they get freed up for higher-value tasks. If you don't have one, you won't need to hire one.
The AI only answers questions based on information you provide during setup. It is trained on your business-specific scripts and FAQs, so it stays on-topic. If a question falls outside its knowledge, it politely takes a message and routes to your team.
No. Our AI uses advanced voice synthesis that sounds natural and conversational. Most callers cannot tell the difference. You can listen to a sample call during your free demo.
English is fully supported. Spanish support is available on request. Additional languages are on our roadmap — contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Setup & Integration
Most clients go live within 3 business days of their strategy call. Step 1 is a 30-minute discovery call. We do everything else.
Yes. We integrate with Google Calendar, Calendly, Jane App, Acuity, and most major scheduling tools. If you use a different system, contact us — we likely support it or can build the integration.
Absolutely. Our agents are trained to your exact business rules — whether that's HIPAA-aware conversations for medical practices, legal intake protocols for law firms, or multi-vehicle service queues for auto shops.
You keep your existing number. We either forward calls to the AI or port your number directly — whichever works best for your setup. Your customers never notice any change.
Pricing & Plans
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, starting on the day you sign up. You'll be billed on the same day each month thereafter, and you can cancel anytime.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, the price difference is prorated. If you downgrade, the new rate kicks in at your next billing cycle.
Beta pricing is 50% off our regular rates, available only to our first 100 clients or until April 15, 2026 — whichever comes first. Once you sign up at the beta rate, that rate is locked in for as long as you remain a subscriber.
No contracts. No lock-in. You subscribe month to month and can cancel at any time. We're confident you'll stay because of results, not because of fine print.
